Sex Trafficking in America: Let’s Start the Conversation
What does sex trafficking look like in America? Who are the most vulnerable?
Thousands of men, women, and children are sexually exploited nationwide, and it will take each of us doing our part to solicit change. Dispel the myths about human trafficking and deepen your knowledge of buyers, traffickers, and victims. Understand recruitment tactics, the grooming process, and at-risk populations. Learn how you can spread awareness and join the fight against modern day slavery.

Vulnerable Youth: Identifying Predators and Protecting Children
Length: 2 hours
Learn how to protect the children and youth in your life. This presentation includes information on the roots of vulnerability, the mind and tactics of predators, the role of pornography and technology, and how to protect children and adolescents from becoming victims of exploitation.

How do you respond when someone discloses that they’ve been sexually abused?
Every 73 seconds, an American is sexually assaulted (RAINN, 2019). These are deep and lasting wounds that many people carry around in suffocating silence. The Samaritan Women is leveraging its expertise in trauma and abuse to equip the faithful to respond to the sexually wounded with compassion and wisdom.
