DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend the regular meeting of the Board of Directors, currently the Board meets quarterly.
Serve in an active role on at least one committee.
Actively support the fundraising activities of the organization in some capacity.
Give an annual gift according to my personal means.
Commit the necessary time to familiarize myself with the issues that will come before the board and upon which I will be expected to make decisions for the organization.
